Test builds for VR in FSO. Based (roughly) on 23.2 RC4. [b]Usage Guide:[/b] 1. Navigate to the downloaded executables in the file explorer (Knossos Library/bin/vr_build-1.0.0/x64) 2. For both fs2 executables, go into the windows compatibility settings, and disable automatic DPI scaling 3. Go into "FSO Settings" for the mod you want to play in VR. 4. Select VR Build as the FSO build 5. Add the following flags to the command line: -stretch_menu -vr 6. Make sure that you do NOT have run in window or fullscreen window selected. 7. Remember to click save! [b]Known Issues:[/b] 1. Some people get disoriented from the way the HUD looks. The only real way to immediately fix this is to use a fully modelled cockpit with no 2D HUD elements. You can try to use the Cockpit mod on Knossos, but you will need to modify its files and delete a file called axmsg-sct.tbm in the data/tables folder 2. AMD cards seem to really struggle with the OpenGL-based VR due to AMD's bad driver 3. If your game has black bars in the menu, or large parts of the menu are otherwise unaccessible, it's probably due to incorrect DPI scaling. Make sure you have disabled it in the compatibility settings. If you did, please report to us, as the DPI scaling issue seems to be somewhat inconsistent depending on the monitor setup.
